Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the ability to be present moment by moment without judgement or criticism. By creating a mindfulness mindset, you can be aware of your thoughts and sensations and realize that they are just that, thoughts and sensations. This ability allows you to take a pause and properly respond, not react, to your experiences.

In my coaching practice, I use mindfulness as a tool that will be at your disposal as you reflect on decisions, situations and next steps during our relationship, and as a practice you can create for yourself that will serve you beyond our engagement together.

This is done through:
