Mayden Enterprises LLC

After 30 years on Wall Street and having been a part of many acquisitions, sales and

mergers, I went through my own personal career transition and realized that there are

many others just like me that could use some guidance, experience and self-awareness

to determine what’s next on their exciting journey called “Life!”

Prior to offering career growth/transition services, executive coaching, leadership

development, life coaching, teambuilding, training and elder care coaching, I was a

Managing Director of the Government Solutions Group in BNY Mellon’s Corporate

Trust Division. I was responsible for the administration of the various government

programs that were established by the US Treasury and Federal Reserve as a result

of the financial crisis in 2008 as well as a number of other large Federal Government

Programs. My team consisted of Relationship Management, Client Service and

Reporting and Analytics specialists who provided day to day servicing to a variety of

federal agencies.

Prior to this role, I managed a team providing administrative services to structured funding vehicles

in the Structured Finance Group. I also led a team of consultants and technical specialists who

provided consultative technology solutions to our most valued and complex franchise clients. I

joined BNY Mellon in 1995 as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Mutual Funds group, where I

managed several large mutual fund complexes with assets in excess of $250 billion, and then went on

to head a relationship management team for banks and insurance companies that serviced over 250

financial institutions with more than $1 trillion in assets. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, I managed the

Institutional Custody Administration unit at Bank of America where I was responsible for domestic

and global custody administration. I also successfully started and managed Security Pacific’s East

Coast Institutional Custody Division until Security Pacific was acquired by Bank of America.

I’ve been passionate about women’s advancement and was a member of BNY Mellon’s Women's

Initiative Network, served on its Executive Committee, and chaired its External Networking

Committee. I am also a member of the Women's Bond Club of New York since 2005, and was on the

Board from 2009-2013. I was a member of United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council from 2006-

2013, a current member of the National Association of Female Executives since 1991 and a founding

and governance board member of the Wall Street Women’s Alliance since 2011. I'm currently on the Board of the Volunteer Center of Bergen County.

I earned my BS in Finance from New York University.
